Drill Site Supervisor- Multiple Sites
Our client, a small but growing drilling company, is expanding operations across multiple locations with the addition of new machinery.
They are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee one of their drilling sites, with the flexibility to move between locations as required. This is a hands-on role for someone motivated, practical, and capable of taking responsibility for site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure machinery is maintained in excellent working order
- Lead and manage the site team effectively
- Learn and understand the drilling process (training provided if required)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual drilling targets
- Manage site stores and place orders for materials and equipment
- Liaise daily with client teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of safety, procedures, and drilling performance
Ideal Candidate:
- Mechanically strong and hands-on
- Young, fit, and energetic
- A strong team player
- Able to manage a team and site with minimal supervision
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
