Our client, with bottling operations in Zimbabwe is looking for a Head Brewer to join their team. The suitable person will effectively be the 2IC reporting in to the Brewery Manager/ Production Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimum production output
  • Drive quality improvements
  • Manage raw materials and stock movements
  • Reduce packaging down times
  • Reporting
  • Staff Management
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Microbiology, biochemistry or Food production
  • Diploma in Brewing
  • Quality Assurance certification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, 3 years’ at a supervisory position
