The PRI is hiring an Offshore Contracts Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all legal and procurement activities for the project area and monitoring contractor performance in the project;

• Anticipate contractual and commercial risks, opportunities and threats to the project and implement control measures or actions;

• Drive continuous improvement in contractual strategies, commercial parameters and contractual terms and conditions;

• Oversee the negotiation and completion of contracts for Oil and Gas Industry.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant area;

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Contract Manager (5 years in Offshore Projects);

• Strong knowledge of industry standards;

• knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation;

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
