PRI Mozambique is hiring an Safety Officer

Responsibilities:
• Oversee workplace repair, installations and Plan and implement OHS policies and programs;
• Adhere to all the rules and regulations and conduct risk assessment;
• Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions and enforce preventative measures;
• Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations;
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations of securities procedures and determine causes.

Requirements:
• Degree in Public Health / Human Resources Management or related field;
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Safety Supervisor or similar role;
• Certification in OHS;
• Outstanding organizational skills;
• Proficient in Portuguese and English.
