Description:

• Design and implement a medium- and long-term strategic business plan;

• Develop creative and innovative ways to improve team performance;

• Guarantee quality standards and high levels of production (Ration and chicks) ;

• Supervise the operational activities of poultry production;

• Support customer segment management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Administration, Business Management or Marketing;

• Three (3) years of sales experience in the production sector;

• Domain of technology and processes of the Poultry Industry;

• Excellent leadership, communication and analysis skills;

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
