PRI Mozambique is hiring a Restaurant General Manager

Description:

• Develop and coordinate the restaurant’s operational activities;

• Promote, maintain the restaurant’s brand and good name;

• Plan and implement innovative product and / or service strategies;

• Lead and provide training sessions for teams.

Requirement:

• Higher or Medium Technical level and Business Administration and / or Management;

• Tourism and Hotel Degree will be considered an advantage;

• Five (5) years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar role;

• Experience in customer service management;

• Knowledge of seafood, fruits and beverage management;

• Computer Literate (Applications on the Android or IOS System);

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
