A well-established residential property developer based in Harare is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Subcontractor and supplier procurement support
- Progress valuations and interim payment certificates
- Cost monitoring and reporting across live developments
- Contract administration and variation management
- Liaising with project managers, architects, and site teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3–5 years post-qualification experience
- Experience within residential construction or property development preferred
- Strong working knowledge of standard forms of contract
- Proficient in relevant QS software and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organisational skills
