Our client in Tete is looking for Training Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Tobacco Sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with EHSQ management to assess training needs across all operations.

  • Execute and ensure the implementation of the annual training plan.

  • Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources tailored to the company’s specific EHSQ needs.

  • Define the most appropriate format for each training session, whether classroom-based, on-the-job, workshops, or talks.

  • Deliver training programs on Environmental, Health, and Safety topics, ensuring alignment with the company’s internal procedures.

  • Adapt training content for different roles and departments, with a particular focus on high-risk operational areas and environmental issues.

Requirements:

  • Training/qualification in EHSQ (Environment, Health, Safety and Quality).

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field.

  • Valid driving licence is an advantage.

  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.

  • Knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
