Fleet Operations Manager

We are recruiting!

Our client in Tete is looking for Fleet Operations Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG Sector.

Responsibilities:

• Preventive vehicle maintenance, repairs, and breakdown management.
• Management and control of mechanical and electrical assets, including control of spare parts for manual baling presses;
• Fleet management.
• Management of fuel and lubricants for vehicles.
• Administration of workshops at production sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and that all procedures related to ISO, EHSQ, and SOX are followed.
• Maintain and monitor all spare parts inventory records;

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Mechanics.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role within a reputable organization.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
• Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese.
• English proficiency will be an advantage
