Senior Food and Beverage Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Food and Beverage Manager to lead and optimise all food and beverage operations for our client within a high-volume hospitality environment based in Marondera. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, service quality, and compliance across multiple outlets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, develop high-performing teams, and ensure consistent brand and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events.
- Develop and implement budgets, cost controls, pricing strategies, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Lead, train, and motivate food and beverage teams, ensuring high service standards and strong staff engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations at all times.
- Manage supplier relationships, procurement, stock control, and quality assurance.
- Analyse operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in senior food and beverage management within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or large restaurant groups.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
