Position Summary

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fast food chain across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position will ensure smooth coordination between regional managers, maintain operational excellence, and drive efficiency across outlets. The Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing company standards, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the GM in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support Regional Managers in managing outlet operations, staffing, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations across all outlets.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure consistency in service delivery, product quality, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the GM to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of regional managers and provide coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting for operational efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate supply chain and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of products and minimize waste.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Act as a liaison between the GM and regional managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and respond to escalated customer concerns.
  • Ensure outlets meet sales targets and profitability goals through effective operational management.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fast food or hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations and regional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
