Our client in Kenya in the horticulture and floriculture industry is recruiting for an Estate Manager. The Estate Manager will oversee all farm operations and assure optimal farm efficiency from a compliance and certifications perspective. The candidate will also be responsible for Estate security at all times. Teh The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of experience in Farm Management in Eastern Africa, ideally with multi-faceted sites.

Qualifications
- Educated to a Degree level in Agriculture or relevant field, ideally with technical operations background preferably in the horticultural domain.
- 10+ years of experience in Farm Management in Eastern Africa, ideally multi-faceted sites.
- Hands-on experience in machinery and farm equipment operations.
- Sound people management skills and ability to maintain good team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
