  • Drive business development, market positioning, and sustainable growth through strategic planning, proactive marketing initiatives, and continuous client engagement.
  • Deliver annual budgeted targets and ensure consistent achievement of commercial, operational, and organisational objectives.
  • Provide effective leadership and oversight of all daily operations, ensuring high-quality service outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a large, diverse workforce of approximately 1,500 employees, ensuring optimal performance, engagement, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and statutory frameworks, as well as internal governance standards and reporting requirements.
  • Drive financial discipline, including revenue optimisation, cost control, operational margins, and submission of accurate and timely reports to the Board of Directors and Group Executive Management.
  • Represent the organisation professionally in all external engagements, including key client interactions, stakeholder forums, industry platforms, and regulatory meetings.
  • Cultivate a values-driven, performance-focused culture grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, ethical conduct, and operational excellence.
  • Strengthen internal systems, controls, and business processes to support scalability, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, reputational, and compliance risks through proactive planning, monitoring, and decision-making.
  • Drive innovation and organisational development initiatives, including technology adoption, workforce optimisation, and process improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering alignment with the company’s strategic direction and group-level expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of proven commercial experience (preferred), with at least 5 years in senior positions.
  • Strong understanding of security operations, contract management, and site implementation.
  • Demonstrated success in growing business portfolios and securing new contracts.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and cost structures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-border environment.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and resilience.
