Our client in Harare is looking for an energetic Stock Controller to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock records, efficient movement of goods, and smooth coordination across departments.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records for all goods received and dispatched.
- Conducting regular stock reconciliations and physical counts.
- Coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
- Implementing and maintaining effective stock control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
- Preparing stock movement reports and supporting management with data-driven insights.
- Ensuring warehouse operations comply with company standards and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years’ experience in stock control or warehouse management.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Energetic, honest, and reliable, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
