Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager- Harare

Our client in the retail and FMCG industry is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee marketing and brand strategy across multiple retail outlets.

Role Overview:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the company’s brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead campaign ideation, in-store promotions, digital engagement, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Manage marketing teams, agencies, and key suppliers to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all outlets.
  • Oversee design, production, and rollout of marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights.
  • Manage digital presence, social media, and content storytelling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for aligned marketing execution.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing coordinator and oversee marketing administration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing management within retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Creative and commercially minded with excellent execution capabilities.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
