Our client in Angola is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Security Sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regional market analysis to shape and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company products and solutions.
  • Develop and manage channel partners, including onboarding, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and training programs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by forecasting, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing dealer product portfolios to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain strong customer and dealer relationships, ensuring efficient order management, issue resolution, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular reporting on KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the Security/IT industry with strong knowledge of the regional channel market and established local network.
  • Degree in Engineering, with proven ability to quickly learn new products and solutions to drive sales.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills, with excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
  • Have valid driving license.
