Our client in Maputo is looking for an Marketing Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Retail Sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for our retail business across channels including digital, print, in-store and events.
- Create and implement campaigns to increase foot traffic, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including visual merchandising, product development, and sales, to create cohesive campaigns that align with brand objectives and standards.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of in-store events to ensure they meet objectives and are executed flawlessly.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and behaviors, and use insights to inform marketing plans.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed changes to strategy.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including agencies and printers.
- Maintain brand consistency and standards across all marketing materials and channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment, and adjust to changing priorities.
