Our client in Afungi – Cabo Delgado is looking for Contract Administrator to join their team for a job vacancy within the Industrial Sector.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and administer contracts ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor contract timelines, obligations, and deliverables to ensure compliance.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to minimize contractual exposure.
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and project teams on contract matters.
- Maintain organized records and provide regular contract status reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, Contract Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in contract administration or similar role.
- Solid understanding of contract law, negotiation, and compliance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with contract management software.
