Our client in Maputo is looking for CCTV Survaillance Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Retail Sector.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitoring all surveillance security systems/cameras for supermarket stores in an efficient manner and in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation, and best practices.
- Record all events, incidents, and actions taken in a clear, legible, and accurate written format.
- Maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with the regulations and also to ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained at all times and to report equipment failure to the Chief Security Officer or Management.
- Liaise with the security agencies and members of staff to ensure the appropriate use of the CCTV system and to include all evidential records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the rules of evidence.
Requirements
- Mandatory to have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar job.
- Mandatory to have work experience doing surveillance at supermarket stores.
- Previous experience working as a CCTV Survaillance Operator.
- Vigilant and attentive to detail.
- Proactive and responsible approach to security.
- Ability to work long hours and maintain focus.
