Our client in Lusaka, is looking for a Regional Operations Manager (Mining Industry) to join their team for a job vacancy within the Mining Manufacturing Equipment Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations across the region
• Oversee Parts and Service departments
• Lead Digital Excellence, Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ), and Facilities
• Monitor budgets, costs, and working capital
• Support key business projects and ensure long-term success
• Lead and support teams to meet performance goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and governance
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and support procurement
• Help branches and departments meet their business targets
• Create a productive team environment and manage staffing needs
• Handle customer feedback and improve service quality
• Work with After-Sales to meet customer needs
• Maintain facilities and ensure safety standards
• Achieve financial goals and control costs
• Drive quality improvements across departments
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Business (Master’s is a plus)
• Grade 12 certificate
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and customer support background
• Experience managing sites and teams
• Knowledge of HR, finance, and operations planning
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Member of a professional body
