Finance Manager
Location: Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
My client, a diversified investment group based in Victoria Falls with interests in tourism, property development, and business services, is seeking a proactive and dynamic financial leader to join their team as Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will partner with senior management, support business growth, and ensure robust financial compliance and reporting across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s financial health across multiple business units
- Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (NEC, NSSA, VAT, QPDs, Income Tax)
- Lead and support the finance department
- Prepare accurate financial reports for planning and decision-making
- Conduct forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario analysis
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve processes
- Liaise with stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial matters
- Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all financial dealings
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ proven experience as a Finance Manager or Head of Finance
- Degree in Accounting (Business Management is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial planning tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and crisis management skills
- Track record of operating effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
