Our client in Kenya, a major player in the agricultural industry, is seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Manager – Roses to lead and expand their rose sales operations. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the commercial rose market. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in floriculture, agriculture, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the flower industry, specifically roses, is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
