Our client in Maputo is looking for Project Coordinator to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG Sector.
Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities.

Prepare and update project schedules, task lists, and progress reports.

Monitor project progress and follow up on deliverables, deadlines, and milestones.

Coordinate communication between project team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Organize and participate in project meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.

Support documentation management, including contracts, reports, and project records.

Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate reporting.

Identify and report potential project risks or delays.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

4 years of experience in project coordination or administration.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Trello, or similar).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
