Our client in Maputo is looking for Project Coordinator to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG Sector.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities.

  • Prepare and update project schedules, task lists, and progress reports.

  • Monitor project progress and follow up on deliverables, deadlines, and milestones.

  • Coordinate communication between project team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Organize and participate in project meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.

  • Support documentation management, including contracts, reports, and project records.

  • Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate reporting.

  • Identify and report potential project risks or delays.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • 4 years of experience in project coordination or administration.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Trello, or similar).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
