Our client in Harare is looking for a Head of Fitment Centres to join their team for a job vacancy within the Automotive Spare Parts industry.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Fitment Centres, based in Harare. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the growth, efficiency, and service excellence of a nationwide network of fitment centres. The successful candidate will oversee operations, ensure profitability, and deliver outstanding customer experience while leading and motivating a large team.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing strategic and operational leadership across all fitment centres.
- Developing and implementing business growth strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Managing budgets, resources, and performance targets to achieve business objectives.
- Driving customer service excellence and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with operational policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing managers and staff across the network.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ proven managerial experience at senior level.
- Extensive knowledge of tyres, the tyre business, and fitment centre operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
