Our client in Maputo is looking for Project Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG Sector.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficiency and cost control.

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout project phases (design, implementation, testing, commissioning).

  • Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement corrective actions where necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven experience managing technical projects.

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle, and technical documentation.

  • Knowledge of Gantt charts.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
