Pan-African Organization specializing in inspections for quality and compliance across various industries like Agriculture, Oil & Gas and Minerals, seeks a seasoned HR Head to manage people and processes across the Group. Duties include but not limited to designing , streamlining and implementing policies and procedures at group level, strategic executive people leadership , business restructuring and scale -ups, organizational design, performance management , succession planning , strong South African and regional labor law knowledge, disciplinary procedures, hearings , change management , workforce innovation and regional talent vision . Degree in HR,  Industrial -Psychology or Business Management required .  7-10 years executive leadership experience in Africa for multinational or regional business
