Our client in Pretoria is looking for a Procurement Consultant to join their team for a job vacancy within the manufacturing industry.

• Procure non-stock, stock and services in accordance with the procurement policy and procedures.
• Procure non-stick, stock and services of the right quality and quantity at the best prices, and contribute to cost saving and continuation of production.
• Establish and maintain vendor (supplier) database to ensure accurate and complete information is available on the enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Maintain good internal customer relations to ensure that long outstanding purchase orders are being followed up.
• Administer purchase orders to ensure that all supporting documentation are maintained for all purchase orders.
Preferred Candidate to have:
• National Diploma in Supply Chain or Procurement
• Degree in Supply Chain or Procurement
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management environment.
