SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS – RENEWABLE & CONSTRUCTION SECTORS

We are recruiting Senior Project Managers to lead major projects within the renewable energy and construction industries in Zimbabwe.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery from design and planning through to execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Oversee risk management, reporting, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale renewable energy or construction projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
