Our client in Maputo is looking for HR officer to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG Sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Recruitment and Selection: Manage the hiring processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor legislation.

  • Employee Records Management: Capture and maintain employee records in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – such as Primavera and other systems – to ensure the accuracy of employee information.

  • Exit Process Coordination: Oversee the offboarding procedure to guarantee proper access control to critical areas, ensure the processing of any pending items, and provide a positive experience for employees during exit processes.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent qualification in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology and/or Organizational Design (preferred).

  • HR (post-graduate), Business Administration or Law is desirable.

  • Minimum of three years of proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the FMCG sector and/or industry.

  • Experience with HR software, especially Primavera (essential).

  • Familiarity with HR principles and procedures (advantage).
