Our client in the IT solutions sector is seeking a highly organised and dependable Business Support Administrator to provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and business development support. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal administration, be proficient in IT systems, and possess a sound understanding of HR processes. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, integrity, and the ability to work across multiple business functions to ensure operational efficiency and growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide administrative and operational support across the organisation to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with legal counsel and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support business development initiatives by preparing proposals, tender submissions, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate HR functions, including onboarding, record-keeping, and performance management support.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential company records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Manage office systems, IT tools, and ensure efficient workflow processes.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or legal department.
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contract management, and compliance procedures.
  • Proven business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and document management tools.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
