Our client in the IT solutions industry is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling technology products and services. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and SME sectors.
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of IT solutions, software products, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales proposals and quotations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless solution delivery to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

 

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in IT products and services.
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions such as software systems, cybersecurity, networking, and hardware.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
