Our client in the IT solutions industry is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling technology products and services. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and SME sectors.
- Promote and sell the company’s range of IT solutions, software products, and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales proposals and quotations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless solution delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in IT products and services.
- Solid understanding of IT solutions such as software systems, cybersecurity, networking, and hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
