Our client in Tete is looking for HR Assistant to join their team for a job vacancy within the Human Resources Sector.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.

  • Prepare and organize HR-related documents.

  • Support the organization of staff training and events.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
