Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a
recognized institution. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the
food/agriculture industry or a social impact organization. - Proven track record in strategic planning and execution, operations management,
and sales. - Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and financial
performance. - Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and
motivate a diverse team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
with a wide range of stakeholders. - Passion for social impact and sustainability, with a commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
