Our client in Nampula and Beira is looking for Head Chef and Pastry Chef to join their team for a job vacancy within the Food & Beverage Sector.
Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise food preparation and menus.

Lead and coordinate the kitchen team (cooks, assistants, kitchen helpers).

Ensure high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

Prepare and decorate desserts, cakes, tarts, croissants, breads, and other baked goods.

Create new and innovative pastry recipes in line with trends and customer preferences.

Manage pastry inventory and request ingredients when needed.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or professional pastry.

Certification or training in Baking or Cooking or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Knowledge of modern pastry and baking techniques.
