Our client in the Aviation Sector is hiring a Quality Assurance officer.
The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards. The role involves monitoring operations, conducting inspections, documenting findings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production and operational processes to ensure adherence to quality standards

Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods

Maintain accurate records of quality checks, audits, and corrective actions

Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions

Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO standards)

Assist in internal and external audits

Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to resolve quality issues

Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization
Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Science, Engineering, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role (preferred)

Knowledge of quality systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP if relevant)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good organizational and documentation abilities

Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
