Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer and distributor in Kenya, looking to hire a proactive and efficient Logistics Manager – FMCG to manage its end-to-end logistics operations. The role will focus on optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and ensuring timely distribution across the country.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead logistics planning and execution for national warehousing and distribution.

Ensure on-time and cost-efficient delivery of goods to distributors and retail outlets.

Manage third-party logistics providers, transport partners, and warehouse operations.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with production and sales teams.

Ensure regulatory compliance in transportation and storage operations.

Analyze and improve logistics KPIs, including cost per delivery and route efficiency.

Implement ERP and logistics systems to enhance visibility and control.

Lead and mentor logistics team members for improved productivity.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management within the FMCG industry.
