Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical distributor and retail chain in Kenya, seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven National Retail Manager – Pharma to oversee the countrywide operations of its retail pharmacy network. The successful candidate will ensure optimal retail performance, regulatory compliance, and team leadership across all locations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive retail pharmacy growth through strategic planning and execution.

Lead, train, and manage regional and store-level pharmacy teams across Kenya.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy and healthcare regulations in all outlets.

Develop and implement pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies.

Build strong supplier relationships and coordinate with the procurement team.

Analyze retail sales data, identify opportunities, and develop action plans.

Champion customer experience and improve service quality at each location.

Manage retail budgets, P&L, and performance targets across the network.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in pharmacy retail management, preferably with a national scope or multi-branch setup.
