We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources function within the retail environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail and head office positions.

  • Manage onboarding, training, and development programs.

  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labour regulations.

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting in coordination with finance.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support management with performance improvement plans.

  • Ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention.

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.

  • Solid understanding of local labour laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing HR across multiple retail branches or regions.

  • Knowledge of performance management frameworks and employee engagement strategies.
