We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods for our retail operations. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, ensure inventory levels are optimized, and support the overall supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure stock availability.

  • Ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.

  • Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to forecast demand.

  • Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews.

  • Handle purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with international sourcing and import logistics.

  • Knowledge of landed cost calculations and demand planning.
