We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods for our retail operations. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, ensure inventory levels are optimized, and support the overall supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure stock availability.

Ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.

Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to forecast demand.

Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews.

Handle purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with international sourcing and import logistics.
-
Knowledge of landed cost calculations and demand planning.
