Our client in Maputo is looking for a Finance and Administrative Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Technology Sector.
Responsibilities
- Carry out Internal control.
- Manage accounting and financial systems and maintain complete and accurate accounting records.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and investments to maximize profit and minimize risk.
- Develop financial strategies to ensure the growth and stability of the company.
- Ensure that financial statements are accurate and comply with accounting standards.
- Provide financial information to support the company’s strategic decisions.
- Manage treasury operations, financing and banking relations.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports.
- Prepare budgets and monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team with the aim of achieving best practices and optimal output.
Requirements
- BSc in Accounting and Finance.
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance and Administration.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, well-developed accounting skills.
- Experience with computerized accounting programs.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills both in writing and verbal.
