Our client in Maputo is looking for a Finance and Administrative Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Technology Sector.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out Internal control.
  • Manage accounting and financial systems and maintain complete and accurate accounting records.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and investments to maximize profit and minimize risk.
  • Develop financial strategies to ensure the growth and stability of the company.
  • Ensure that financial statements are accurate and comply with accounting standards.
  • Provide financial information to support the company’s strategic decisions.
  • Manage treasury operations, financing and banking relations.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Prepare budgets and monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team with the aim of achieving best practices and optimal output.

Requirements

  • BSc in Accounting and Finance.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Finance and Administration.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, well-developed accounting skills.
  • Experience with computerized accounting programs.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills both in writing and verbal.
