Our client in Kenya is recruiting for an Automation and AI Innovation Lead that will lead the organisation’s efforts to identify, develop, and implement solutions that leverage both AI and RPA technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows, enhance decision-making, and ensure the effective adoption of AI-driven and automation technologies. This position is open to candidates that are already authorized to work in Kenya.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions, including RPA and AI-driven applications.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) and AI platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, OpenAI, AWS AI).
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results through process automation and AI.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for customisation and AI model deployment.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning and NLP.
