Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to a senior executive or business owner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive

Organise travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport, visas)

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required

Maintain confidential documents and records

Run personal errands and handle tasks related to household or lifestyle management

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally

Assist with event planning or project coordination when needed
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (minimum 2–3 years)

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication in English (French or Creole is a plus)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules or tasks

Valid driver’s license is a plus
