Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to a senior executive or business owner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive

  • Organise travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport, visas)

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required

  • Maintain confidential documents and records

  • Run personal errands and handle tasks related to household or lifestyle management

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally

  • Assist with event planning or project coordination when needed


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (minimum 2–3 years)

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (French or Creole is a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules or tasks

  • Valid driver’s license is a plus
