A dynamic and growing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to provide top-level support to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and communications.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

Support project coordination and tracking of key initiatives.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar executive support role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities.
