A dynamic and growing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to provide top-level support to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and communications.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Support project coordination and tracking of key initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar executive support role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities.
