Our client, a leader in food and beverage manufacturing in East Africa, is recruiting for a Deputy Head of HR.  They are looking for someone to lead and transform their people strategy. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of employment law as well as a proven record as an HR leader. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required, and an HR certification is a plus. The ideal candidate must also be eligible to work in Kenya.

Qualifications
