An established security services company with a national footprint is seeking to appoint a highly experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead and grow its South African operations. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with deep knowledge of the security industry, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of leading diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the business.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
- Ensure effective and compliant operational delivery across all client sites.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Take full responsibility for the financial performance and profitability of the business.
- Lead and motivate a senior management team to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including PSIRA.
- Represent the company confidently in public forums and client presentations.
- Identify risks and ensure adequate mitigation strategies are in place.

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Criminology, or related field).
- Minimum 10 years of executive-level experience (GM or MD level) in the security industry.
- PSIRA registration (Grade A).
- No criminal record.
