Our client in Lusaka, is looking for a Country Head to join their team for a job vacancy within the Mining industry
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share, drive revenue, and ensure sustainable profitability.
- Expand the dealer network by identifying and executing new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Achieve and exceed targets for vehicle sales (2W/3W), service revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies to foster repeat business.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and operational standards across all dealerships.
- Build strong relationships with dealers; provide coaching, training, and operational support.
- Establish and monitor performance KPIs focused on sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee national operations including sales, after-sales service, and spare parts.
- Enhance customer experience across all touchpoints with high standards of service delivery.
- Manage country-level P&L, budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in the automotive or two-wheeler/three-wheeler industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth, dealership management, and business operations.
- Strong P&L and financial management capabilities.
