Our client, a trailblazer in Africa’s growing e-mobility sector that provides innovative, eco
friendly electric transportation solutions is seeking a highly experienced SAP CS Consultant
to support its Customer Service operations and enhance aftersales service delivery across
the region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving system excellence across customer service
workflows by leveraging SAP CS capabilities, ensuring seamless integration within the
S/4HANA environment, and supporting the growing electric vehicle service infrastructure.

Our client is looking for the following:
• A proven track record in SAP Customer Service (CS) module implementation and
integration projects
• Experience in end-to-end EV business-related service processes including Service
Notifications, Orders, Contracts, Quotations, Advance Shipment, and Resource
Related Billing
• Strong skills in managing Equipment BOMs, Task Lists, Work Centers, Installed Base,
and Serial Number tracking
• Expertise in form output management and integration with Plant Maintenance, Sales
& Distribution, and FICO modules
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
