Our client, trailblazer in Africa’s growing e-mobility industry that provides innovative, eco
friendly electric transportation solutions is seeking a highly experienced SAP PP/QM (Production Planning and Quality Management) Consultant to support its operations and drive digital transformation across its production and quality control systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP
PP and QM modules in an S/4HANA environment. The consultant will play a key role in
optimizing manufacturing workflows, enhancing quality assurance, and integrating
production with the company’s broader e-mobility value chain.
Our client is looking for the following:
• A proven track record in SAP PP and QM modules across both ECC and S/4HANA platforms
• Experience configuring production planning and quality management processes including
MRP, capacity planning, shop floor execution, process orders, repetitive manufacturing, and
KANBAN
• Strong knowledge of QM in procurement, in-process and post-production inspections,
sales inspections, and quality notifications
• Proficiency in handling master data, characteristics, test methods, inspection plans, shelf
life rules, and usage decision processing
• Prior involvement in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA 1909 implementations
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration (IMG), job monitoring, and integration with
third-party systems
• Ability to debug and resolve technical issues related to material and quality master data
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of SAP SD module and its integration with PP/QM is an added advantage.
