Our client a leading innovator in Africa’s e-mobility space, is seeking a highly skilled SAP
ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) Consultant to support their digital
transformation and software development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and enhancing SAP applications,
ensuring seamless system integration, and delivering high-performance solutions that
support the company’s mission of driving sustainable transport across the region.
Our client is looking for the following:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
Proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and experience working in
international environments - Strong ABAP development experience, particularly ABAP OO, and knowledge of SAP
modules such as BRIM, FI, SD, CRM, and S/4HANA - Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, methodologies, and best
practices - Familiarity with SAP Business Master Data models, process/data modelling, and
modern architecture principles - Knowledge of design patterns, Clean Code, CI/CD pipelines, code review practices,
TDD, and API management - Experience with ABAP Cloud, RAP, Steampunk platform, and Subscription
- Management processes is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and resolve complex software issues efficiently
Flexibility to work in agile environments using methodologies such as SCRUM, SAFe,
and KANBAN - A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions on time
Independent and collaborative work ethic, with solid analytical and problem-solving
skills - Fast learner, eager to grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven industry.
