Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement commercial, branding, marketing, and operational strategies across retail businesses
- Drive profitability by achieving sales targets, optimizing costs, and managing budgets
- Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and administrative compliance
- Coordinate closely with management, suppliers, and clients to ensure business alignment
- Set and monitor daily, monthly, and annual sales goals with departmental managers
- Plan and execute promotions, analyze market trends, and manage product stock levels
- Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets in coordination with the finance team
- Ensure proper cash handling, banking, and financial reporting procedures are followed
What You Bring:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in retail/operations leadership
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost optimization
- Proven track record in team leadership and retail performance improvement
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
