Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement commercial, branding, marketing, and operational strategies across retail businesses
  • Drive profitability by achieving sales targets, optimizing costs, and managing budgets
  • Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and administrative compliance
  • Coordinate closely with management, suppliers, and clients to ensure business alignment
  • Set and monitor daily, monthly, and annual sales goals with departmental managers
  • Plan and execute promotions, analyze market trends, and manage product stock levels
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets in coordination with the finance team
  • Ensure proper cash handling, banking, and financial reporting procedures are followed

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in retail/operations leadership
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost optimization
  • Proven track record in team leadership and retail performance improvement
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
